We are looking for a Design Draftsman with expertise in SOLIDWORKS and experience in the industrial sector to join our Technical Office team.
This position is essential to ensuring that ARPA provides efficient, high-quality solutions to our customers.
MISSION
You will be responsible for one or more mechanical manufacturing solutions based on a preliminary design or signed project, guaranteeing the feasibility of manufacturing and ensuring the quality and safety of the defined product(s).
Your role is to design and represent the solution or product to be manufactured.
Your main task consists of drawing up assembly drawings of mechanical parts or systems and breaking them down into two-dimensional drawings based on a three-dimensional design.
To do this, you will use the SOLIDWORKS and PDM tools.
You will therefore be responsible for conceptualising and implementing the requests expressed in a contract, analysing and defining the functional requirements and features that the product or solution must have.
Job responsibilities
- Provide technical solutions based on project requirements, defining the optimal materials for manufacturing.
- Create a three-dimensional graphic model using the SOLIDWORKS tool.
- Make two-dimensional drawings of the model.
- Define, together with the production team, the optimal manufacturing sequence and reflect this in the 3D composition.
- Supervise the manufacturing of the system until delivery to the customer, ensuring quality throughout the production process.
- Propose and define, together with the technical manager, the tests to be carried out on mechanical systems.

- Produce the lists of materials and the necessary functional, technical, and regulatory documentation.
- Provide technical advice to customers throughout the entire project. REQUIREMENTS Advanced vocational training in industrial design or mechanical manufacturing.
- Expert use of SolidWorks software.
- Knowledge of PDM management programme would be an advantage. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum B2 Residence in Zaragoza.
