Complaints Channel

At ARPA, we provide our collaborators with a whistleblowing channel to report quickly and easily any actual or suspected misconduct that may affect our organisation or the welfare of the people involved.

This channel should be used responsibly and ethically. It is not permitted to make false or deliberate accusations against third parties, nor to provide information that is incorrect or misleading.

We recommend that you provide your name when filing a complaint, although we understand if you choose not to.

Confidentiality Guaranteed:

All complaints will be treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available for consultation in the footer.

What issues can be reported to the Whistleblowing Channel?

The ARPA Internal Information System includes the following subjects that can be communicated through the channel:

a) Acts or behaviour that may be criminally relevant.

b) Serious or very serious administrative offences.

c) Violations of labour law, in particular those related to occupational health and safety.

d) Infringements of European Union Law that fall within the scope of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 October 2019, as well as of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, on the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

Reports related to possible infractions in countries of the European Union can also be communicated to the competent authorities of those member states.

e) Breaches of ethical principles and corporate values.

f) Breaches of the internal regulations applicable to companies in the ARPA Group.

Subjects excluded from the Whistleblower Channel

Excluded from the scope of this channel are communications related to:

Queries about order tracking.

Complaints or incidents related to products manufactured or commercialised by ARPA.

In these cases, the customer service and support channels designated for such purposes should be used.
