MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Master solutions, products, manuals and operations

Diagnose equipment and product incidents in the factory or in the field

Resolve incidents involving equipment and products in the factory or in the field

Diagnose and resolve incidents over the phone with customers

Commissioning of products and all equipment integrated into our products

Training course design

Provide training to customers at the factory and other specified locations.

Perform equipment testing during the manufacturing process

Efficiently resolve any equipment issues

Assemble any commercial equipment at its destination

Travel/commuting/geographical mobility around the world

Total availability when it comes to travel

Assist other departments as needed: manufacturing, R&D, technical office, sales, etc.

Manage official technical services for the equipment integrated into our products.

Academic Qualifications

  • Intermediate qualification in mechatronics or similar
  • Electrical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Technical/Higher Engineering

  • Advanced/professional level English
  • Facilities: Electricity, Generators, Plumbing
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar position desirable
