ARPA H2 Hydrogen Generator Module

Objectives: To respond to the need for green hydrogen as a source of clean energy, also contributing the experience for the creation of new refuelling points. To reuse all surplus renewable energy that is not used for self-consumption or that is not injected into the grid in surplus or dedicated local installations.

Description: Design, manufacture, integration, installation and assembly of a green hydrogen plant to make use of surplus renewable energy at ARPA's facilities. Modular plant for the generation of hydrogen with a purity of 5.0, with a fuel cell branch that absorbs the surplus of renewable energy. Initial hydrogen generation capacity of 4 kg H₂/day and up to 32 kg H₂/day. It includes a compression stage up to 500 bar and a storage system at low pressure at 60 bar and high pressure at 500 bar. It also includes a remote monitoring system for the plant.

SHIE Hydrogen Dispenser

Objectives: To respond to the need to generate and distribute green hydrogen as a clean energy source, also contributing the experience for the creation of new refuelling points. To reuse all surplus renewable energy that is not used for self-consumption or that is not injected into the grid in surplus or dedicated local installations.

Description: Design, manufacture, integration, installation and assembly of a hydrogen dispenser to supply the hydrogen produced in the generation module at ARPA's facilities. Modular hydrogen dispensing plant with a capacity related to hydrogen generation, with standard dispensing from 350 bar to 470 bar and with a branch extension capacity of 700 bar. Hydrogen cylinders: Type IV, TPED@500. Cage housing for gas cylinders, with a capacity of up to 45 kg H₂.
