ISO 20 Standard Container Chassis

Objectives: To obtain a chassis model for an ISO 20 container common to all possible bodywork configurations in order to optimise design and manufacturing times and reduce costs.

Description: Design, development and manufacture of the 100th functional prototype of a new container chassis, capable of supporting different bodywork configurations under the same design. Laboratory testing of the prototype and obtaining the CSC certificate for the container.

Project development level: TRL 6 - Manufacture of a first functional prototype and laboratory tests.

Container ISO 20 VEMPAR

Objectives: To offer new solutions for the lifting and loading of containers by incorporating the VEMPAR handling system into the chassis of ARPA container solutions.

Description: Design, development and manufacture of the 100th functional prototype of a container chassis with the VEMPAR handling system incorporated, which allows the container to be lifted and rolled onto a lorry using a front hook and bottom rollers. Laboratory testing of the prototype and obtaining the CSC certificate for the container.

Level of project development: TRL 9 - Sale of the final product and mass production.

VEMPAR loading platform

Objectives: To provide our clients with greater flexibility in the handling of containers and ARPA solutions through new solutions that facilitate the transport, lifting and loading of these.

Description: Design, development and manufacture of the 100th functional prototype of a VEMPAR loading platform, which, by means of its front coupling and lower rollers, allows the platform with the load (including ISO 20 containers) to be lifted and rolled onto the transport truck.

Project development level: TRL 6 - Manufacture of an initial functional prototype and internal tests in a real environment.
