ARPA designs and installs an experimental plant with remote monitoring for the National Institute of Aerospace Technology, which consists of:

  • Anionic membrane electrolyser (AEM) with a hydrogen production of 0.5 Nm³/h at a maximum pressure of 35 bar, with a suitable MODBUS TCP/IP control and communication system.
  • Purity of hydrogen output from the electrolyser: 99.9%.
  • Maximum specific consumption of 4.8 kWh/Nm³ of hydrogen at the start of its useful life. Maximum power of 3 kW.
  • Water buffer module (WTM) for dosed distribution to the electrolyser.
  • Pipe kit between the water module and the electrolyser.
  • Electrolyser monitoring and control software.
  • KOH kit for filling up to 3.5 litres of electrolyte.
  • Dryer for moisture removal and obtaining 99.999% quality hydrogen.
  • Integrator rack with IP20 protection.
  • Mechanical and electrical pre-assembly.
  • Ward round-up.
