Composition

Made up of removable and easy-to-install modules. This infrastructure consists of a fully prefabricated structure, using the standard building model, floor and roof frame and pillars with independent structural elements for each of them. It includes interior electrical, lighting and data installation if required.


Characteristics of the infrastructure

The infrastructure includes the necessary chocks for the modules to rest on the existing floor. The modules rest directly on the profiles that make up the lower plane, leaving a ventilated sanitary chamber. The electrical power and data distribution connections will be made inside the modules if such installations have been required.

Base Frame

Manufactured with cold-formed profiles of 2 mm thick galvanised sheet metal. Crosswise, cold-formed omega-shaped purlins made of galvanised sheet metal are fitted.

The floor as a whole withstands a load of 300 kg/m2 uniformly distributed.

The base frame is covered with 18 mm thick plywood and the final finish will be of sintasol model Traviata 6026.

The lower floor is insulated using fibreglass with 80 mm vapour barrier between purlins.

Cover frame

Formed by cold-formed profiles made of 2 mm thick galvanised sheet metal. Metal omegas are placed transversally to support the 0.6 mm thick trapezoidal sheet metal anchored to the profiles by means of self-tapping screws with watertight washers.

The entire metal structure is protected by the application of anti-rust paint in accordance with ISO 12944-1-7 Protection of steel structures against corrosion by means of protective paint systems.

Protection of the visible part of the long and short sides with silicate plate or other R-30 coating.de parte vista de las caras largas y cortas con placa silicato u otro revestimiento R-30.

Pillars

Formed by hot-rolled profiles of square section, bolted to the base and cover by means of special bolts and/or welding.

The pillar is finished on the inside with lacquered sheet metal to hold the electrical mechanisms, sockets, switches and electrical protection panel.

Intumescent protection in interior areas of the pillars. R-60.

Side walls

The side enclosure will be made of 100 mm thick sandwich panel, composed of pre-lacquered steel sheet on galvanised base on both sides and intermediate thermal and acoustic insulation of rock wool of 90kg/m3 (±10%) density and thermal conductivity of 0.03 W/mK.
